Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are
i) offering to purchase a product

Order(s) will be deemed accepted unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the followings:
i) The product(s) that you have ordered is no longer available
ii) Our inability to obtain authorization or confirmation from your payment
iii) The indicated price of a product is found to be inaccuracy
We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us. Sometimes minor substitutions can be made to your packaging due to stock unavailability. We guarantee to replace those items with the same value and highest quality product.
Once your order had been placed, we do not accept cancellation orders without a good reason once order and payment are placed on our website. If a cancellation is approved by Management, our company may have to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once our products have been shipped.
In the rare situation if the recipient refuse to accept the gift for personal reason or due to their company policy, we will offer an option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient in the same country. In case our company had incurred expenses for the order processing & delivery to the initial recipient, additional payment for order redirection may be requested. If you offer no option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient, no refund will be possible as each item is freshly pack-to-order and many items are perishable and can’t be reused for another order.

Shipping & Delivery
Once payment is complete, products will be shipped out within 3 business day using courier company our company personal driver. During festive or peak season, it might take 3 to 5 business days to ship out the products. The above stated estimated delivery time shall remain as a reference. Actual time needed for delivery might be shorter as well as longer than the above stated. CT Kitchen Holding Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for delivery lead time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Our delivery is attempted by a local courier or by our personal driver. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s is not at home or office, the products may be left at the courier company office where it can be later collected by the recipient (a note will be left at the recipients’ door).
Please note: CT Kitchen can’t be held responsible if the recipient fails to collect the products within 3 business days of the attempted delivery date, which will result in the products being spoiled and discarded.
If delivery could not be complete because of an incorrect specified recipient’s address or incorrect phone number of a recipient, CT Kitchen will not be held responsible for delays or failure, therefore no refund will be provided. Please double check the address & specify a valid recipient’s phone number to ensure the products will reach the recipient’s on time.

All content included on the website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of CT Kitchen Holding Sdn Bhd, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. Exchange & Refund
If any of the products are found damaged or expired, this condition only applies to our direct billing party/parties. It is advisable to report expired item(s) within 2 days after you received the products. The arrival of the hamper at your place is to be counted as the first day. Photo-taking of the damaged or expired food products shall be performed and email to admin@ctgroup.com.my.
Please do make sure that you DO NOT DISPOSE the damaged or expired product(s) as we will need it/those for the exchange of new equivalent product(s) to you.
CT Kitchen Holding Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to execute or not to execute the exchange for a new product at our sole discretion.
